To ensure your branding displays correctly across the entire platform, please upload the logo variants listed below. Each logo is used in different parts of the system and has slightly different layout and contrast requirements. Following these guidelines will ensure your brand looks sharp, clean, and consistent.
Swft Connect supports three logo variants:
Light mode horizontal logo
Used on login pages, emails, and any light UI.
Dark mode horizontal logo
Used in the admin dashboard sidebar and dark UI elements.
Dark mode icon logo (square)
Used in the end-user sidebar and other compact or mobile-friendly areas.
All logos must be uploaded separately so the platform can automatically choose the correct version based on theme and placement.
To maintain the best quality across all screen sizes:
Preferred format: SVG (scales perfectly)
Alternative format: PNG (must have a transparent background)
Not supported: JPEG or files with solid background boxes
If you have vector artwork available, always upload the SVG version.
Used on: login page, emails, light UI sections
Requirements:
Horizontal layout (typically wider than tall, ~3:1 ratio)
Designed for white or very light backgrounds
Transparent background
Upload as SVG or PNG
Tips:
Avoid logos with dark rectangular backdrops; use your normal full-color version.
Used on: admin dashboard sidebar and dark UI areas
Requirements:
Horizontal layout (~3:1 ratio)
Light or inverted version suitable for dark backgrounds
Transparent background
Upload as SVG or PNG
Tips:
If your brand does not have an official inverted version, create a light version of your logo or wordmark that maintains contrast on dark gray/black.
Used on: end-user sidebar, compact UI components, future mobile placements
Requirements:
Square aspect ratio (1:1 only)
Designed for dark backgrounds (light or inverted version)
Transparent background
Upload as SVG or PNG
Must remain recognisable at small sizes (e.g., 24–32px tall)
Tips:
Icons with thick shapes or simple marks display best. Highly detailed artwork may become unclear when scaled down.
While the system automatically scales logos, these sizes help ensure clarity:
Horizontal logos: 600–800 px width
Icon logo: 512 × 512 px
PNG uploads should always be at least 2× (retina) resolution.
Uploading a stretched or distorted logo
Using JPG with white/solid backgrounds
Uploading a dark logo for dark mode areas
Using a wide horizontal logo in place of an icon
Providing a square icon for horizontal placements
If you’re unsure which files to upload or how to prepare a specific version of your logo, please contact your design team or reach out to our support team. We can provide basic guidance on how to create light-mode and dark-mode variants.
